THE STORY OF ME

Clients describe Heidi “Doc” Holliday as “incredibly bright and hardworking, with a gentleness and capacity to listen.” She helps her clients through difficult times, whether there are children involved or not. She is not fee driven, like most attorneys, but focuses on her client’s needs. You can trust that she truly cares and has your very best interest at heart.

Doc handles cases concerning all aspects of family law. She is conscientious, meticulous and always ensures her clients are protected as much as possible from the rigors of litigation. If a conciliatory approach is possible, Doc will pursue it; but has the knowledge and experience to advise when going to court is the best, and more economical, course of action.

Prior to family law, Doc worked in law enforcement.  This experience gives her the unique ability to understand police duties, responsibilities, and reports.  Doc also worked at the District Attorney’s Office in El Paso County, Colorado. These experiences are useful if your case unfortunately escalates to involving law enforcement.
